Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday you should join in with ‘PE with Joe’ on YouTube. You can watch these sessions live at 9am or follow the links below and catch up at a time that is best for you. These are HIIT sessions (high intensity interval training) and last for around 20 minutes. Make sure you have a bottle of water handy and get ready to move!
