Pizza Express and Recycling Discovery Centre trip
Today we began by visiting Pizza Express in Liverpool ne. After washing our hands we had a go kneading and throwing dough. We then spread the dough to the edge of the pan before spreading tomato puree all over the top. We then added cheese and they were put into the oven for us.
Once we collected our pizzas, we headed to Chavasse Park where we got to run around for a bit and have our snacks. At lunchtime we ate our pizzas then had another play before heading to the Recycling Discovery Centre at Gilmoss.
Once there, Rachael told us all about what we should and should not be recycling before taking us through to watch the plant in action. We then got to play with some games and recycling--based activities.
