How We Deliver Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is guided by:

  1. The National Curriculum and statutory requirements.
  2. Research-backed teaching methods, informed by the EEF (Education Endowment Foundation) and DfE guidance.
  3. A commitment to inclusive and adaptive teaching, ensuring all children succeed.
  4. Subject-specific schemes, including White Rose Maths, Read Steady Write, Rocket Phonics, Language Angels, PurpleMash, and Opening Worlds for Humanities. 
  5. Regular assessment and review, ensuring all pupils make strong progress.

 

Through a combination of high-quality teaching, engaging learning experiences, and a strong moral foundation, we ensure that children leave St. Mary’s confident, capable, and ready for their next steps.
