Walking in the light of God’s Love-Together we will succeed
Keep up to date with all the news happening in school at the moment.
Celebrate with us!
'Class stars' are children selected by the class teacher - it could be for extra hard work, a great attitude or achieving something individual to the pupil.
Today began with a performance from Open the Book. Then it was time for Christmas dinner. Children were waited on by staff and ate their dinner whilst Christmas songs played.
This afternoon, children had time in the hall to dance and play 'Pass the Parcel'. They then had some sweets and a drink.
Thank you you to all of the kitchen staff and mid-day assistants for making sure all our children are fed and looked after each lunch time. Thank you to Carol, our cook, for a delicious Christmas dinner.
This morning we were visited by Open the Book who told us the story of Jesus' birth from the perspective of the Three Kings. They were assisted this morning by Year 6 who performed really well. We followed their journey from the first message all through to until their journey back home to avoid King Herod.
Thank you to Open the Book for all of their wonderful performances this year.

This morning we were treated to a performance of 'Beauty and the Beast' by Blackbox. The whole school sat mesmerised as the story was brought to life with good triumphing over evil, complete with horrible sisters and a frightening Beast!
Following this were workshops for Key Stage 1, Year 3/4 and Year 5/6.
Thank you to the PTFA for subsidising the whole event and thank you to everyone who supports the PTFA events which allow enrichment activities like this to happen.
Well, what can I say? Parents of Reception and Key Stage One children are in for a treat! We have had the privilege of watching both dress rehearsals and have enjoyed them both immensely!
Sorry about the quality of the pictures.
