'Class stars' are children selected by the class teacher - it could be for extra hard work, a great attitude or achieving something individual to the pupil.

  • Christmas celebrations

    Today the whole school visited the cinema to watch 'Penguins of Madagascar'. Everyone enjoyed it and there were jokes for all. Thank you to the PTFA for funding this event.

     

    We then returned to school for Christmas dinner where children were waited in by staff. Music was played, songs were sung and crackers were pulled.

     

    This was followed this afternoon by a party in the hall which included refreshments and a game of 'Pass the Parcel'.

  • Key Stage 1 Dress Rehearsal

    Well done to Key Stage 1 for treating us to a wonderful preview of 'Nativity Rock'. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the singing and dancing.
  • Christmas Jumper Day

    Well done to everybody who supported this event today. Everybody looked (and some even sounded) really festive in their Christmas jumpers. A brilliant £141 was raised for Save the Children, thank you.

    Santa paid his annual visit to St Mary's to find out what all of the children wanted for Christmas. Mr Moran was on the 'Nice List' too! Thank you to the PTFA for the lovely winter wonderland grotto.
