Goodbye Mrs Railton
Wed 17 Jul 2024In addition to saying goodbye to all of our Year Six children as they move on to secondary school, it is with sadness that we say goodbye to Mrs Railton after 27 years at St. Mary's. Mrs Railton has served St Mary's Well and she will be truly missed.
We had an assembly with royal cutouts, gifts and cards from the children. This was rounded off with a sideshow of pictures spanning the years.
I'm sure we will see Mrs Railton from time to time.

Year 4 & 5 sing Up event
Tue 02 Jul 2024Year 4 and Year 5 attended the Anglican Cathedral today to participate in the Sing Up event which was to celebrate the Cathedral and the city.
All of the children sang beautifully and their behaviour was exemplary. For those parents who attended, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Thank you to Mr Holland for teaching us these wonderful songs this half term, we look forward to seeing you in September.

Year 3 and Year 4 Sports Day
Tue 25 Jun 2024What an amazing afternoon we have had in the sun! Children from Class 3 and Class 4 threw themselves into a range of activities testing agility, precision, speed and balance. Thank you to all of our parents, guardians and grandparents who came to spectate, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Thank you and well done to all of the family members who took part in the activities - I think you are all more competitive than the children! Thank you to our Year 6 helpers for helping with the activities and A MASSIVE THANK YOU! to Mr Moran for organising and running the whole event - not just once, but three times over the course of this week. You are a star!
