Class 3 and Class 4 were very fortunate to have a virtual author visit from Jess Kidd. This visit was free and was very generously arranged for us from our #BookBuddy at www.bookwagon.co.uk who also sent a copy of the book to school so we could begin reading it before the visit.
Jess read us some extracts from her first children's book, Everday Magic before telling us what inspired the book. We were then able to send questions for Bronnie (Bookwagon) to ask Jess.
We can also purchase our own copies of the book with a signed bookplate - Bookwagon are giving us a wonderful discount!
Thank you to Jess Kidd and Bronnie and Bob at Bookwagon for such a lovely treat.

School has been overrun today with bunnies! KS1 bunnies spent their morning on the yard taking part in a range of activities all involving hopping and jumping. KS2 completed theirs this afternoon. Fortunately, the weather was kind to us today and everyone had fun.
Thank you to Mr Moran and Mr Wilson for organsing the day.
Both KS1 and KS2 have had great fun in the hall over the past two days, taking part in the Easter Fair.
Children played lots of games at a range of stalls including: Pin the Tail on the Rabbit, Guess the name of the bunny, Bash the Egg and many more. Mrs Tindsley made a very fetching Easter Bunny catching hoops on her ears!
A massive thank you to Mrs Driscoll and Mrs Lynch for planning and organising the event and to Mr Moran, Mr Wilson, Mrs Tindsley, Mrs Madden, Mrs Cannon and Mr Magin for manning the stalla and games.
