Walking in the light of God’s Love-Together we will succeed
Keep up to date with all the news happening in school at the moment.
Celebrate with us!
'Class stars' are children selected by the class teacher - it could be for extra hard work, a great attitude or achieving something individual to the pupil.
Today we said goodbye to Mrs Edwards who has been our school cook for 24 years. She has cooked for thousands of children during her time at St Mary's - Christmas dinner and themed days a particular favourite. Thank you for all you have done, Mrs Edwards. We will hopefully see you when you bring your grandchildren to school.
We also said goodbye to Miss Tully and Miss Edwards (no relation) as they finish their teaching practice with us in Year 1 and Year 2. They have shown what a great asset they will be to their future schools. We wish them both all the very best.

It is with great sadness that we say farewell to Mr Walker today. After almost 23 years of dedicated service, Mr Walker is retiring. We wish him well in all his future adventures! It is not goodbye though as we look forward to saying hello to him on the yard when he brings his grandchildren to school.
On Monday, Mr Moran took every class in the school into the hall to put them through their paces and lots of jumping events in a bunny hop! Over £600 was raised for School Fund! Thank you to everyone who supported this event, to the Year 6 helpers and to Mr Moran for organising and running the events.
